¿Þ2¡¡ Shadowing pattern around Ge¡ã111¡ä for an angular range of 2¡¬¡ß 2¡¬, measured with 2.0-4.1 keV electron induced by 20 MeV O4+ collimated with a 25-¦Ìm-diameter aperture. The measurement time is 15 min under the beam current of ¡Á7pA.
